When I attended the first club meeting, I was skeptical, tinged with some degree of apprehension, as to how much I could gain as a member.
The friendly and hospitable environment encouraged me to return and allow myself more time to assess whether its worth joining or not.
Since then I have been hooked for the last 24 years....... I received support from so many members who helped me with encouraging relevant feedback  
on how to constantly improve and refine my delivery, speech preparations and experiment with creative approaches to optimise my messages to reach out to my audience.  Over and above speech communication improvements, I was also given many opportunities to unleash my latent leadership skills and steadily over the years, assume greater responsibilities to lead others and even organise international events.
