Every 1st July a new batch of officers are elected to lead at club , are, division  and district levels.

Every year , two officers training sessions were conducted at the Area and Division levels.  The first training is when the new officers take over the helm, i.e. some time in July / August.  The second training is normally held during December or January .

• a review of each officer's responsibilities and tips of fulfilling them

• an opportunity  for the new officers to meet offices form other Clubs, Area etc

• a time slot for the District Officers to share ideas and aspirations with the new club / area / division officers

We are the world 's largest organization that systemically training its offers year in year out for the last few decades.  Every year a total of 60,000+ new officers were trained worldwide.
